Refund Policy

If Rowsafe isn't right for you, email support@remedial.ae within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions, no forms.

• Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, email us within 7 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund that renewal.
• After that: you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
• How refunds are paid: Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, returns the money to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Before buying: the free plan uses the same converter, so you can test your own statements first.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
